AYDIN T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK B\u0130LG\u0130S\u0130 DERG\u0130S\u0130 (T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK)<\/strong><\/p>\n (ISSN: 2149-5564)<\/strong><\/p>\n (e-ISSN: 2687-2676)<\/strong><\/p>\n Focus and Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n The aim of T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK is to create a source for academics and scientists who are doing research in the media, technology and communication that feature formally well-written quality works. And also create a source that will contribute and help develop the fields of study. Accordingly, T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK\u2019s intentions are on publishing articles and scientific works which are guided by a scientific quality sensibility. In this context, T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK is qualified as an \u201cinternational peer-reviewed journal\u201d. It is a peer-reviewed international journal published four times a year.<\/span><\/p>\n T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK, research, examination, criticism and evaluation articles related to Turkish language, literature, historical and contemporary Turkish dialects and Turkish world literature are published in order to be announced to the public. In addition to this, articles on cultural and social problems related to language and literature from other fields of Social Sciences are included.<\/span><\/p>\n In the articles sent to T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK, it is required that there should be an original \"research article\" that contributes to the field, or a \"review article\" that evaluates previously published studies and presents new and remarkable views on this subject. In addition, the evaluation articles and book reviews of the scientific books published in related fields are also in the scope of the journal.<\/span><\/p>\n With the decision of the editorial board, English or Turkish translations of original articles from foreign language, which are thought to have contributed in their field, may also be included, provided that they do not exceed one-third of the journal. In order for the translation articles to be published, it is obligatory to send the permission text to be obtained from the author or the right owner of the original article along with the translation text.<\/span><\/p>\n In order for the articles to be published in the Journal of Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck Bilgi, they must not have been published elsewhere or accepted for publication. Articles produced from papers not presented but published in a scientific meeting can be accepted provided that this is clearly stated in the footnote.<\/span><\/p>\n \u0130stanbul Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck Bilgi Dergisi is a peer-reviewed and scientific journal published twice a year in print and electronic format. Original theoretical and \/ or experimental study, articles in which various scientific research methods are applied are accepted. The editorial board of Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University Journal is authorized to accept or not to accept articles upon the evaluation of international experts. Manuscripts should preferably be written in Turkish and English.<\/p>\n INDEX<\/strong><\/p>\n Publisher<\/strong><\/p>\n \u0130stanbul Ayd\u0131n University, TURKEY<\/p>\n Peer Review Process<\/strong><\/p>\n In evaluation of articles sent for publication, scientific quality is the most important criteria. All articles sent to the Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck Bilgisi Journal are evaluated by the Editorial Board in terms of compliance with the journal publication principles and qualification. Editorial Board have the right to publish or not to publish the sent article and make revisions in article in necessary cases. After the preliminary evaluation, article that is not suitable for publication will not be included in the evaluation process and the author will be informed. It is sent back to the author to correct the deficiencies and resubmit.<\/span><\/p>\n The articles found suitable for publication are sent to two referees in the relevant field to be evaluated by the blind refereeing system. <\/span>The referees examine the submitted articles in terms of method, content and originality and decide whether they are suitable for publication. Considering the referee reports received within the specified period, the editorial board has the authority to decide whether the article should be published or not. Articles are included in the program for publication in a number deemed appropriate by the Editorial Board and the author is informed. The names of the arbitrators are kept confidential and the reports are kept for five years.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cArticles are controlled with iThenticate plagiarism software.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The copyright of the articles that are decided to be published after the evaluation process are deemed to have been transferred to Istanbul Ayd\u0131n University. For this purpose, the \"article submission form\", in which there is an agreement stating that the publishing rights are transferred to the journal, should also be filled in and sent.<\/span><\/p>\n Author is responsible for scientific, ethical and legal responsibilities of views and translations in published articles in Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck Bilgisi Journal. By indicating the source quotations can be made from texts and photographs. However, without the written permission of the journal management, published articles can not be published again in anywhere (in print or online). The author has right to reproduce all or some parts of article for his\/her own purposes, provided that s\/he states that article published in the journal.<\/span><\/p>\n All authors that send articles to Ayd\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck Bilgisi Journal, are deemed to accept those principles.<\/span><\/p>\n Open Access Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK adopted a policy of providing open access.\n\nThis is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his\/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.<\/p>\n Publication Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n Authors are not charged for the journal's article submission, editorial process or publication fees (page or color fees).<\/span><\/p>\n Principles of Research and Publication Ethics<\/strong><\/p>\n In scientific papers sent to T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK, guidelines on Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research and Publication Ethics, the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the International Standards for the Editors and Authors of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) should be taken into attention. Plagiarism, forgery in the data, misleading, repetition of publications, divisional publication and individuals who do not contribute to the research are among the authors are unacceptable practices within the ethical rules. Legal actions will be taken in case of any ethical irregularity related to this and similar practices.<\/p>\n a)Plagiarism: Placing the original ideas, methods, data, or works of others, partly or completely, without making reference to the scientific rules, is dealt with in the context of plagiarism. In order to avoid plagiarism, the authors should refer to the scientific rules in a manner that is appropriate and should pay attention to the references of all scientific papers in their research.<\/p>\n b)Forgery of Data: The use of data that does not exist or is modified in scientific research is data in the scope of forgery. Authors should analyze their data in accordance with ethical rules and without exposing them to a change in validity and reliability during the process.<\/p>\n c)Detortion: Changing the records or data obtained from the study, showing the devices or materials that are not used in the research as used, changing or shaping the research results according to the interests of the people and organizations that are supported are considered within the scope of distortion. The authors should be honest, objective and transparent in the information they provide in relation to the research process. They should avoid violating the rules of ethics.<\/p>\n d)Repetition: Presenting the same publication as separate publications without referring to the previous publications is considered within the scope of repetition of publications. The responsibility for the publication of the publications submitted for evaluation in another place or in the evaluation process belongs to the authors. The authors should refrain from repeating the original and original research and they should pay attention to submit their original and original research.<\/p>\n e)Divisional Publication: The results of a research are discussed in the scope of dissemination and disseminating the results of the research in a way that disrupts the integrity of the research and disseminating it in more than one way, and publishing these publications as separate publications. It is claimed that this is necessary in order to protect author\u2019s rights, and to regulate permissions for reprints or other use of the published research. T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK have a copyright form which is required authors to sign over all of the rights when their article is ready for publication.\n\n\n\nThe journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and will retain publishing rights without restrictions. The submitted papers are assumed to contain no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application; responsibility for technical content and for protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of the T\u00dcRKL\u00dcK or its Editorial Staff. The main (first\/corresponding) author is responsible for ensuring that the article has been seen and approved by all the other authors.
